Lead game-designer and scrum master in a SCRUM based team, I’m currently working on Silhouette (working title), a 3D camera Rythm Game at Softkinetic Studios.
Due to my artistic and technical background, i deliver my best at the cross way of artist and programmer, providing an interface understanding both world.
Autonomous when needed, i prefer to work within a team : i' m not "born-leader", my talents are in helping other's ideas to growth.
My design experience goes from general design (concept, tweaking, ...) to integration (sounds, animations, UI,...), passing by more technical things (pattern system, data driven gameplay, ...)
My production experience : sprint and general backlog creation, daily meeting, day to day prioritizing, milestone definition, artist and programmer management.
I'm polyvalent, open to critics and have good homeostasis capacities
