-Define weeky program
-Control respect of erection in accordance of Alstom precedure ( GS093 GS092 GS040)
-Control of manpower and toolong available on contractor side
-Organise erection avoid any disruption with other activities.
-Follow up of leak test
-Control of furniture in accordance with technical specification
-Daily Report to manger on site activities and progress
-HSE report
-Training of Instrumentation for local manpower and foreman.

In charge of E&I projects on site from the construction phase up to the precommission phase for TOTAL Yemen ( ICAPS/OPERCOM Procedure)
-Flare upgrade Project ( contracteur Hawk)
Rewanping of a CPU including the installation and set up of several new vessels (KOD-Degassing boot-Flare-Blowers etc…)
-Fire Fighting and F&G Projects (contracteur TANMIA)
Construction of a FIFI and F&G network including instrumentation, electrical and PLC installation.
-Installation at an electrical and HVAC network in miscellaneous buildongs ( workshop, air strip terminal building, CPU control room)
