    (custom clearance, SEA, AIR & ROAD transport).
    - Adapting and setting up ERP systems (Winbooks, Open ERP) according to the needs of
    the company in a growing phase.
    - Inventory management and warehousing. ;
    - Follow-up of orders and regular communication with franchisees and other main partners.

  • Cosfibel - Sourcing and sales

    2008 - 2010 (Luxury packaging in cosmetics, beverages & food)

    Responsibilities included:
    - Multilingual prospecting in the Benelux and the North of France. ;
    - Visits to customers and presentation of the company and its main products, concepts and
    techniques.
    - Evaluation of the customer's needs, selling price calculation based on FOB purchase
    prices, control of margin, writing of offers, negotiation and closing of contracts.

    - Sourcing of new ideas and products among Chinese suppliers. ;
    - Regular follow-up of customers.

  • Marketing Point SA - Purchase & Logistics Manager

    2002 - 2008 (Import/export of premiums, gifts & incentives from Asia)

    Responsibilities included:
    - The management of imports from Asia and exports all over Europe. ;
    - Handling of company purchases - responsible for 3 sales person, with budget of 4-5
    million US$ per year.
    - Ensuring compliance of products to European norms and quality control (inspection on
    mass production).
    - Improvement of margins through cost control (both product & transport costs). ;
    - International payments (Letter of Credit, TT, DAP, ...) ;
    - Monthly declaration for Intrastat and Recupel

  • Content Europe - Pre Sales

    2001 - 2002 Responsibilities included:
    - Software analysis and understanding of the Content Management process (Classification,
    ERP Sourcing, Content Publishing).
    - Drafting of guidelines and user guide concerning the regular use of the software. ;
    - Demo Presentation at clients' facilities (Sweden, France) and on-line conferences.
