    2) Analyse the financing requests drawn up by the Business Officers from the risk angle in order to facilitate the final decision making:
    - Legal analysis of the company (through shareholding, organisation chart or shareholdings),
    - Sector analysis (identify market threats and opportunities that may influence the business)
    - Comparison with companies in the same sector of activity to compare performance
    - Economic analysis (understanding the company's main businesses)
    - Financial analysis
    - Decide on the validity of the arrangements and take a position on the validity of the proposed guarantees.

    3) Give an opinion on the renewal or not of bank commitments.

    4) Assume the tasks of contentious collection when necessary.
