    2015 - maintenant Leader of a team of 5 technical experts:

    - Improved the team’s efficiency while having a loss of 25 % of the work force
    - Implemented a new “Incoming Goods Control” concept resulting in a better performance and follow-up of the raw materials quality control
    - Provided novelties to the Swatch Group’s brands as a member of the Polymer & Composite experts committee
    - Led the optimization of production processes allowing ETA to reduce scrap costs

    2013 - 2015 Responsible of projects in the field of polymers for the Swatch Group

    - Worked on the development & on the launch of new Swatch products (Sistem51, Pop, New Skin)
    - Supported the other Swatch Group’s companies (Asulab, Nivarox, Comadur…) by performing specialized analyses and by helping them solving problems

    - Developed a coating formulation for INEOS ChlorVinyls: 10 times less reactor’s maintenance needed
    - Generated a consistent scientific production: 3 scientific articles, 4 posters, 3 presentations in congresses
