    Paris 2016 - maintenant Reporting to the Director of Group FP&A and Group CFO, responsible for several of the international subsidiaries, and in particular:

    I. Conducting Financial Cycles:
    - Drawing up the budget, monitoring and analysis of the activity Actual and Rolling Forecast, monthly statements, analysis of variances, revision of the estimates, etc. by maintaining regular contact with Financial controllers of the different entities,
    - Liaison with the team dedicated to statutory consolidation,
    - Strong involvement in external communications, in coordination with Group Investors Relations department,
    - Interactions with Group internal and external auditors
    - Restructuring forms, capex forms, lease forms validation.
    - On-going optimization of HFM reporting system (Division restructuring, M&A/acquisitions integration).

    II. Financial Analysis:
    - Participation in the preparation of the Group's monthly results and the production of quarterly, half-yearly and annual Group,
    - Carrying out various analyzes and studies at the request of the Group's Finance Department, including the drafting of monthly activity summaries for Group management,
    - Follow-up of Publicis ONE solution at Group level: performance analysis (Actual, RF, Commitment) on all P&L lines
    - Personnel costs and other operating income analysis at brand and Group level.
    - Set-up of the new Headcount reporting worldwide (HFM update, process implementation, instructions creation, Group CEO / CFO / Audit / HR project validation).

    PARIS 2013 - 2016 Actively plan, manage and drive short-medium term financial planning and Regional Reporting.

    I. Forecasting, Planning and Analysis :
    - Oversee the whole forecasting and planning process for the EMEIA region, providing a link between Group FP&A, Corporate Strategy and the Region
    - Develop models that interlink Group and the blue print for the forecasting models in EMEIA covering all areas including Retail / Wholesale / Beauty / Digital
    - Be part of Group FP&A team to develop the new forecasting / budgeting model
    - Develop reporting with Group FP&A team that best fits the business
    - Prepare and present EMEIA summary documents for review meetings with EMEIA internal team along with Scenario analysis to enable decision making
    - Work with other Regional FP&A teams to identify and implement best practice

    - Look at ways to improve the MMR and work with Group to implement these
    - Work with group / regional teams to deliver more reporting that enables better understanding of the business
    - Oversee the reporting development agenda and drive forward using central BI resources where possible
    - Oversee the development of EMEIA reporting – leveraging BI developments
    - Drive KPI development and evolution
    - Benchmarking and development of reporting through connection with other divisions in the Group
