Project: Construction of LNG plant Balhaf - YEMEN
Sr. Planning Engineer in a Project involves the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a Two-Train Liquefied Natural Gas Plant @ Balhaf Yemen with capacity of 6.7 MTPA plus associated facilities.
Level-3 Project network Schedule Development & Maintaining, Baseline & Re-Base Line Schedule using PRIMAVERA (P3.1)
• Updating actual progress and all related information in PRIMAVERA (P3.1) & comparison analysis.
• Disciplines in charge: Temporary Site facilities installation, Accommodation building works, Civil works, Equipments installation and mechanical completion, piping works, E&I works, Insulation, Painting, Structural Steel and Pre-commissioning & Commissioning work.
• Development and maintain Construction & Commissioning schedule. Tacking & issue indicators for all disciplines including piling, civil works, structure steel, insulation, loading platform installation, loading arms installation, Electrical works & instrumentation.
• Review of Weekly / Monthly Progress Report of Subcontractor.
Recording Actual Progress in CPMS (Construction Progress Measurement System).
Reviews material status and field requirements, notifies shortages.
Attending Management Weekly meeting with Subcontractor.
• Coordinating Weekly Planning Meeting with Subcontractors planners.
Co-ordination with Client & Subcontractor personnel for requirements of deliverables and feedback to management
• Elaboration of follow-up weekly status report and back-up based on drawings, layouts, standard.
• Preparation and follow up of indicators for all disciplines including piping/insulation work and E&I to support the construction and to analyse the delay based on the actual production.

DUTIES IN SAMIR:
Preparation and follow up of programmed maintenance works
Development and control of the maintenance indicators
Monitoring the preventive maintenance plan based on the RCM/ RCA method
Support the execution of plant modifications and CAPEX projects
Coach and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team
Coordination with other Departments for optimization and respect of deadlines
Maintaining the reliability of equipments, Prevent critical equipment failures
Management of general shut downs in the refinery from the planning phase to the start up.
