SONELGAZ (National Society for Electricity and Gas) is a state-owned utility in charge of Electricity and gas distribution in Algeria. It Was Established in 1969, Replacing the previous body of Algeria Electricity and gas (EGA), and WAS Given a monopoly over the distribution and selling of natural gas as well Within the country as the production, distribution, import and export of Electricity . As of 2003, it Produces 29 one billion kWh a year, one billion cubic meters sells 4.6 of gas a year, and employees Nearly 20.000 people.
I involved in the following areas:
* Parametring protective relays (ALSTOM MODN, GE F650, ABB REF 543, SEPAM...) ;
* Controller of electrical Circuits. ;
* Relay logic panels, signal conditioners, communication protocols and instrumentation.
* Configuring and faults diagnosis, of DCS, PLC, SCADA, RTU, Profibus Communication, Analyzers and Control Loops.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills. ;
* Leading a team of four instrument technicians ;
* Reporting periodically to Maintenance Manager; preparing KPI, PM and CM reports.
* IEDs integrations, configuration, implementation and commissioning (GE Multilin, ABB, ALSTOM protective relays,PLCs).
* Protocol communications analysis, development, configurations and integrations. Strong experience with DNP 3.0, Modbus RTU, ASCII, Modbus TCP, CDC Type 2, SEL ASCII,KBUS.
* Strong experience with Config Pro, GE Multilin Enervista,MICOM S1,MICOMS10,ARDATECH.
* Experience with Ethernet network configuration and designing, experience with the following protocols:IEC 60870-103, -101, -104.
* Excellent technical training,providing technical support to engineers and customers
* Supervisory Control & Data Acquistion (SCADA) Systems. (RSView, Wonderware, Cimplicity, Citect,Intellutions)
* Feedback Communication, Master to Slave RTU in multi-drop Configuration Modems/ RS 485 / RS 232. ;
* Installation, Commissioning and Testing, of RTU 560 C, micom s10, microscada and sat 250.
* Preparation of RTU project specific documentation including; Concept Designs, System Architectures,Functional Design Specifications, Technical Specifications, General Arrangement Drawings, Circuit Diagrams, System I/O Schedules, Test Specifications and Operation and Maintenance literature.
* Experience of ABB RTU560, ALSTOM MICOM S10, ABB MicroSCADA, SIEMENS SAT 250, hardware and software.
* High Voltage Electrical Safety.
* General Troubleshooting and Protection
* Control Circuits ;
* Relay logic panels, signal conditioners, communication protocols and instrumentation. ;
* Excellent communication interpersonal skills. ;
* Leading a team of four instrument technicians. ;
* Reporting periodically to Maintenance Manager; preparing KPI, PM and CM reports.
* Commissioning and maintenance Troubleshooting of PLC system (Siemens simatic S7 300 ) and faults diagnosis
* RTU and Data Concentrator development, configuration, implementation and commissioning. Strong Experience with GE Porwer Systems RTU GE( D20, GE D25, GE D200, Control MycroSystems RTU, SCADAPack16, SCADAPack 32).
* IEDs integrations, configuration, implementation and commissioning (GE Multilin, ABB, SEL protective relays, Cooper, PLCs).
* HMI integrations, configurations, implementations and commissioning.
* Experience with GE Factorylink Systems, IFix, RSview, RealFlex.
* Protocol communications analysis, development, configurations and integrations. Strong experience with DNP 3.0, Modbus RTU, ASCII, Modbus TCP, CDC Type 2, SEL ASCII,KBUS.
* Multitasking and real-time programming for embedded systems. Strong experience with C++ language, Ladder logic.
* Strong experience with Config Pro, GE Multilin Enervista,MICOM S1, MICOM S10,ARDATECH.
* Experience with Ethernet network configuration and designing, experience with the following protocols:IEC 60870-103, -101, -104.
* Installation of GPS, Master and Slave Clock.
* Preparation of RTU project specific documentation including; Concept Designs, System Architectures, Functional Design Specifications, Technical Specifications, General Arrangement Drawings, Circuit Diagrams, System I/O Schedules, Test Specifications and Operation and Maintenance literature
* Excellent communication skills with both internal and external teams and customers ;
