Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Quality control inspection of all type of Concrete works, earth works building architectural works, grouting works, underground services and structural steel works in line with approves ITP’s.
Inspection of heavy equipment foundations such as horizontal and vertical vessels, exchangers, Building foundations, Turbine, Boiler, Compressor foundations and all type of support foundation (pipe support, cable tray support and miscellaneous support).
Monitor area excavation back filling and compaction, this includes works related to cable trenches/pipe trenches and layer by layer sand bedding.
Witness all type of tests related to civil & architectural works.
Ensure protection of concrete (curing) below and underground concrete protective works.
Random check using surveying equipments to verify vertical and horizontal alignment,
location of structure, elevation of pipe and other utilities, verifies placement of reinforced steel, embedded items, concrete quality and placement of form work.
Inspect culverts, roads, conduits, plumbing, sewage, sumps and evaporation pond works.
Measure dimensions and verify level, alignment and elevations structures and fixtures to ensure compliance to building plan and code.

Check using surveying equipments to verify the dimensions on site and compared with the drawings to anticipate any modification required.
