• Invoice verification and ensuring that invoicing method and process is in line with contract
• Monitor and verify SLA KPIs, Network KPIs and Availability KPIs used in service charge calculations
• Verification of service bonuses and penalties
• Carry out random check up on Ericsson MS activities
• Support corporate audits
• Monitor and control managed services costs (passive maintenance, fuelling cots etc.)
• Generate relevant network performance reports as may be required

• Monitor and analyze 2G and 3G radio network statistics on daily/Monthly basis over Huawei and Ericsson nodes.
• Achieve and maintain radio network performance as per the contracted KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability and Integrity).
• Perform regular audits on configurations and logical settings to clear any relevant inconsistencies.
• Troubleshoot GSM and EDGE performance problems and propose and implement corrective actions.
• Identify capacity bottlenecks on radio, Abis and A interfaces and issue capacity upgrade requests whenever needed.
• Ensure availability, good quality and excellent performance on the network
• Follow up on CSRs created until successfully resolved by Vendors.
• Gathering Statistical Network Performance data for performance analysis function
• Ensure that faults and alarm are resolved promptly.
