    * Lead the communication of all security policies, procedures, standards and

    solutions jointly with infrastructure and applications teams.
    * Ensure that all employees of the OUs in the Region receive Information Security
    training and awareness. To conduct regular training to the local Services Delivery
    staff on any new IS Standards and ensure their awareness.
    * Coordinate and conduct regular internal information security reviews/audits in the
    region, as per the agreed plan
    * Coordinate external audits together with the Regional Services Delivery Manager.

    2003 - 2005 o Resorcing:
    Ensure adequate level of local resorcing;
    Prepares and monitors tasks and targets for local IT staff, including coaching and
    training plan.

    Safeguard and test of backups, fallbacks, anti-virus update, virus control, ser

    Service Delivery Mgr, and actual expenses are correctly allocated and kept

    centre and schedule maintenance intervention. Ensure backup of servers are
    done as per agreed strategy and schedule.

    Monitor IT asset register (both hardware & software). Generate Timely
    Inventory reports.
    * Applications:
    Carry out business/IT application systems installation, configuration, set up,
    tuning, interfaces, etc, following the standard application delivery and
    maintenance procedures.

    Provide 3rd level support / assistance to IT Help Desk and users for all IT
    operational activities.
    * Standards and Procedures:
    Implements and monitors compliance standards, policies and procedures. If
    applicable; defines, implements and monitors local procedures. Ensure
    compliance of operations procedures and to keep them up to date.
