Je suis Kate Carver-Hook, mariée, maman de deux petits bouts de choux. Je suis très appliquée dans tout ce que je fais, méticuleuse, dévouée et loyale. J'ai une bonne expérience en ce qu'il s'agit de l'administration car c'est un domaine dans lequel je me suis épanouie pendant 10 ans. J'ai un certificat en Ressources Humaines, je gère bien la relationnelle, la communication, l'administration générale bien-sure. J'ai vécue et géré les bureaux ou j'ai été, seule, pendant l'absences des directeurs , si bien le personnel, entretenu les équipements, l'espace bureautique et ainsi de suite.

    * Manage Memberships and Subscriptions - Managed and renewed memberships to various business forums, institutes, societies, etc.
    * Stock Management - Kept a tab on the available stock of office supplies, stationery, office equipment, etc. and made arrangement for placing a new order.
    * Maintaining a Diary - Maintained a diary to follow the time-bound schedule of the director and enlisted her appointments accordingly.

Was mainly in charge of foreign correspondence with the associate company in London and other firms in Greece and Cyprus. Took care of the notarization, legalization and apostilled services, the company rendered to the international clients.
