Objectives:
- Respond Malaysian authorities' call for training the future Malaysian leaders essentially in the fields of Diplomacy, Public Administration, Economics and Finance;
- Create competitive graduates through partnerships with top-rated France's Grandes Ecoles.
Missions:
- Structure a seven years Program comprising two years Foundation Program in Malaysia and five years Bachelor/Master's programs in French Higher Education;
- Develop the Foundation Program (A-Level) preparatory to further studies of Political Science and Business Management in French Grandes Ecoles:
• Creation of the Program' syllabus
• Recruitment of the academic staff dedicated to the program
• Program coordination
• Recruitment of students of excellence in liaison with the relevant institutions (National Secondary Education).
- Teach the following curricula: World History (144H), News Workshop (72H), Introduction to International Relations (36H).
- Create a network in French Higher Education and foster institutional partnerships with top-rated Grandes Ecoles including Sciences Po, GEM and SKEMA Business School as well as Campus France- French Public Agency dedicated to Higher Education, for monitoring the students until the completion of studies.

• French Embassy in Malaysia’s official representative for higher education
• Implementation of policies of university and scientific cooperation between France and Malaysia
• Support to creation of new cooperation programs: organization of prospecting missions, consulting on higher education in France and Malaysia
• Coordination between Malaysian and French partners of the main programme of training for Engineers: Campusfrance, French and Malaysian universities and sponsors (institutions and companies)
• Public relations: representation of the MFUC and the French Embassy towards governmental, institutional and private partners
• Implementation of a human resource strategy to connect Malaysian graduates from French higher education with good job opportunities in Malaysia
• Marketing and communication: promotion of French higher education (publications of booklets, career fairs, conferences)
• Organization of cultural and scientific events: Science Film Festival, Career Fair, European Fair, in collaboration with institutional partners (Goethe Institute, Malaysian-French Chamber of Commerce, EU Delegation)
