Duties and responsibilities:
*Monitoring process and process equipment (Turbo-Compressors, Turbo-Alternators,
Skid Gas...).
*Inspecting job locations to determine any defaults or abnormal situation.
*Communicating the different information to the staff for the smooth of the gas
compression operation.
*Contacting with various areas of the entire Plant to keep them informed of overall
operating conditions.
*Checking process condition and gas parameters (Pressures & temperatures) on a
hour-to-hour basis in order to make necessary adjustments and safely maintain.
*Ensuring maximum machine availability to ensure production targets.

Duties and responsibilities:
* Issuing progress reports (daily, weekly and monthly) of all Maintenance Jobs.
*Creating and Maintaining Spare Part Store System & Tool Store System.
*Making Purchase Requisition for new or additional stock and prepare documents that
provide for such purchases.
*Material Coordinating/Controller (Inventory & KPI certificates).
*Gathering technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, specifications,
spare parts lists and verifying the availability of parts prior to scheduling the job.
* Aadministrating and maintaining the field documentation and technical archive.
* Assisting Team leaders and Supervisors with their daily paperwork.
*Assisting Maintenance staff when needed (physically).

As a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler I was working with a diverse understanding of mobile and fixed plant maintenance planning. Solid background in utilising of maintenance management systems, my duties and responsibilities were:
* Developing weekly, daily and shutdown work schedules for various maintenance
crew on site.
* Coaching, training and mentoring other maintenance planners across all aspects
of maintenance planning.
* Creating statistical maintenance reports to monitor equipment performance and costs.
*Providing field support for all operational matters within the field of maintenance
planning, shutdown planning and maintenance work control.
* Actively operating the AMOS software as a key-user on a day-to-day basis,
data input, and preparation of maintenance discipline reports.
* Scheduling and monitoring all field maintenance works execution for all
disciplines (own personnel & contractors).
*Assisting periodic planning and scheduling meetings with Supervisors to
determine workorder priorities and analyzing Preventative Maintenance Plans for
accuracy and effectiveness.
