I'm a software engineer who graduated as an electro-mechanical engineer from the Belgian universities of Universite Libre de Bruxelles (Ecole Polytechnique de Bruxelles) and Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

Curious about discovering new cultures and wanting to discover an industry without prior knowledge in I spent a 3 months internship spent at Singapore Rail Engineering. It allowed me to test my adaptation skill and meet some interesting people while learning about the rolling stock industry that proved very interesting.

Integrated to the Design Team on the Siemens C651 MLU project my main task at SRE was to discover the rolling stock industry and helping on the train interior layout while interfacing with my colleague to place the different on-board equipments.

Airplanes are a passion since childhood therefore I started working in October 2016 for Safran Aero Booster, Test Cell Department as an engineering consultant. The different tasks accomplished include the design of a CFM56-5B simulator for Test Cell pilot training, working on the development of our data acquisition software Cyres, and programming a UEIPAC module connected to the Engine Control Unit to emulate a throttle.

Thereafter I worked for the FN Herstal's R&D department, on projects as diverse as designing a production machine's software, interfacing RFID UHF readers and developing an Android App to use a smartphone as a remote and standalone Bluetooth NFC interface.

I like meeting new people while improving and learning new skills in an industry I like working in.
