• follow up of orders with customers and coordination with the logistic platform,
• giving the right instructions to the forwarding agent according to the importer's country regulation
- Management of Key Account client:
• processing orders and the clients' wants
- Logistics:
• optimization of containers depending on the order’s volume,
• setting a positioning date that would match naval rotations,
• relaying export documents in order to allow them to produce customs formalities
- Business Development:
• commercial prospection
