  * Budgeting and Requisition of all stores, equipment and gear for marine operations.

  * Maintenance of Jetty facilities and cargo gear equipments.
  * Logistics and transport co-ordination to worksite, laydowns and warehouse.

  * Co-ordinate with marine sub-contractors on offshore fleet operations, involving tugs, Jack-up barges, supply vessels and material transportation.
  * Cost follow up and budgeting. Coordinating within the appropriate levels authorised . Issuing and approving job completion certificates.
  * Conducts technical review of costs prior to requesting commitment. Ensures cost effective optimisation of vessels in terms of routing, loading, scheduling and standby time.

• PA RESOURCES - Pilot

  2006 - 2008 &Mooring Master on DIDON Terminal (Tunisian offshore). Company: PA RESOURCES.
  * Mooring master of ship to ship, tandem and single buoy mooring operations. ;
  * Responsible of ship vetting service, safety audit, vessel handling and maneuvering operations.
  * Person in charge of inspecting, loading, delivering of cargo documents and unberthing
  * Company representative for the TCMS project by supervising all chains laying , anchors handling , ROV inspection for anchor & chains position and diving operations .

• MP ZARAT LTD - FPSO CAPTAIN

  2006 - 2007 : Master of FPSO DIDON oil field (Tunisian offshore).
  * Responsible for ensuring the requirement & procedures in safety management are implemented and maintained.
  * Job involved day to day operation to support field operation including FPSO maintenance, loading and discharging operation of crude oil.
  * Responsible for vessel inspection, safety training & drills programs.
  * Ensure that planned maintenance requirements are undertaken in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and operating experience in a timely manner
