I am currently looking for a new opportunity as a Customer Service, Internal Sales Representative or Sales Assistant. I have a large and strong expertise in Customer Service and I love doing Customer Service. It is part of my nature. I have held this function in different companies.
I have an excellent knowledge of the “back office” functions (order management, complaints management, daily administrative work, customer management etc ...). My attached resume summarizes all this perfectly well.
I am of literary education: “Maîtrise” (French diploma) in English and a University Degree in the Information Sciences (communication and company documentation).
On top of my experience in Customer Service & Internal Sales function, I also worked as my own boss in the decoration and furniture field in Brussels for 3 years after starting my own business from scratch. A real challenge that was not obvious at first but that taught me a lot about myself, about others and about the world of the self-employed person in general.
I'm perfectly bilingual French / English both spoken and written (my English is very close to that of an English person).
