  2004 - 2006 .  Monitor health priorities and plan programs accordingly.  Advise the country manager in the translation of identified medical and humanitarian needs into objectives and priorities for health interventions  Provide relevant information about trends/progress in the programs, on the basis of regular/monthly analysis of collected data, and to take action accordingly  Maintain contact with the local health authorities and other NGO's regarding the planning and implementation of health care programs.  Medical responsible for primary and secondary health care program in 10 health centers and 3 hospitals and for a basic health care program in a refugee camp (15,000- 20,000 refugees).

  2003 - 2004 .  Supervision of a mobile clinic program.  Improvement of quality of prescriptions and patients' follow-up.  Revising of the transfer system to the hospital  Monitoring and adjustment of visited sites according to the development of the provincial sanitary situation.
