    o Leading and managing a Sales and Technical team of 15 located with across territories such as UAE, Egypt & France.

  • SDMO Industries - Regional Sales Manager

    2008 - 2012 o Based out of France was responsible for sales within the European territories managing a team of 12 split between sales and engineering professionals to achieve sales and implementation targets.
    o Reviewed, Negotiated and Finalized on Firm contracts with worldwide customers whose operational HQ’s were based out of Europe. Evaluated risk & legal implications involved in such processes.
    o Was the Key Point of contact in identifying Russia as a territory for sales and lead the team in setting up the office in this area.
  • Vinci - CEO - LE GALL ELECTRICITY

    Rueil-Malmaison Cedex 2007 - 2008 One year short term contract to step into the role of a CEO till a formal CEO had been appointed for the organization. Overall objective of the role was to align the company with the corporate values and process of the VINCY group which involved reviewing and implementing financial, operational and sales objectives with its Parent company.

    2001 - 2003 Was responsible for coordination within the design, purchase and workshop departments finalizing and close on all International Contracts. Was the main point of contact for all key international customers.
  • DCNS - Electrical Technical Assistance Leader for Construction

    Paris 1999 - 2001 o Managed a team of 3 French and 70 Technicians with the support of a Pakistani Electrical Engineer
    o The role involved being the lead on wiring and installation of the devices, start up and testing of plant and machinery.
    o Responsible for training the “take over team” which included engineers, technicians, foreman and workers.
    o Conduct surveys and provide maintenance support to the Pakistani Navy Maintenance team on the first submarine AGOSTA90B type.
  • DCNS - Yard Electrical Engineer

    Paris 1995 - 1999 o Was part of the team responsible for the construction, electric start up and installation of the first AGOSTA90B submarine delivered to Pakistan. Actively involved in the acceptance testing approval process with the customer.
    o Managed a team of 50 which included a mixed skill sets of staff including foremen, workers and technicians that maintained the French Navy’s Diesel submarine fleet.
