About me :
• Over 15 years working knowledge in accounting and finance
• Ability to interface with senior management, the Board of Directors and staff
• Ability to work effectively, in a fast paced environment
• Good knowledge of Financial and ERP systems
Key responsibilities :
• Manage the monthly, half yearly and annual reporting (balance sheet, profit & loss, appendix and analysis under IFRS GAAP – UK GAAP – LUXCO GAAP)
• Drive the budget and forecast process, analyze the variance and provide corrective actions to the finance board and to the management
• Review the KPI’s and report to the management
• Manage the quarterly consolidation and the annual financial statements in accordance with group deadlines and procedures
• Deal with the tax issues
• Support related business departments on financial issues and decisions
• Lead, motivate and develop the accounting team (15 people)
• Privileged interlocutor of the external auditors and tax administration
• Ensure the right application of the processes in compliance with group accounting and tax policies
• Handle the tax and accounting watch and provide optimization levers
• Drive continuous improvement with accounting system and processes
• Work closely with the wider Group Finance team, group planning & analysis, governance and legal, group treasury and key contacts
• Run and support specifics projects relating to transfer pricing, restructuring, tax investigation, business plan, shared services
• Manage the legal follow-up of the corporate companies
