Dedicated and organized Project Leader with excellent interpersonal skills who builds up the team cohesion to enhance productivity and meet with production objectives. Especially successful in defining convergent functional solutions that meet halfway with constraints driven by divergent interests. 9-year experience of delivering and maintaining Web, Embedded and SAP software products in the aeronautical domain, including 5 years as Project Leader.
In 2011, after 4 years as developer, I became Project Leader on fixed price contracts delivering embedded software for Airbus Customer Services. Then I moved in situ as Online Services products ISPL in technical assistance.
Since 2013, I have worked for ICT Support Solutions as ISPL Assistant, Functional Responsible and/or Test Manager for services such as FLS Delivery, Tech Data, Major Repairs, and Upgrades.
Operationally speaking, I perform the following tasks:
- capture the need of the Business
- design and specify the functionalities of a solution that can be implemented given the project constraints (time, cost, …) and answer to the client’s needs
- accompany the development team to secure the understanding of the specification
- perform Acceptance tests to validate the implemented product
- follow up defects
When staffed as ISPL Assistant, I also lead the project planning, communication to interfaced stakeholders, reporting, Quality Gates management, and dry run.
