  Responsibilities:
  * Preparation of Quality Control Plan (QCP). ;
  * Coordination with client, vendors, subcontractors, third party inspection for material approval,
  design approval, billing certification.
  * Received RFI for Inspection from the Construction. ;
  * Review and check the P&ID drawings, the attached documents as per standards and
  specifications......etc.
  * Ensure that installations are in accordance with drawings, specifications, supplier
  requirements and applicable codes and standards (IEC, BS) and that any changes are properly
  managed and documented in accordance with project procedures.
  * Witness and acceptance of installation and functional test activities as required by inspection
  and test plans to provide owner assurance over E&I completion and commissioning activities.
  * Assure that contractors are following vendor and best industry standards (SAT) for precommissioning and commissioning for all systems.
  * Raise Site Queries and Non-Conformance (Root cause analysis) Reports in accordance with
  project procedures and verify physical close-out of Site Queries, Non-Conformance Report
  and Punch Items.
  * Participate in punch-out of systems as part of completions and hand-over process.
  * Review Instrument and System Completion documentation to ensure completeness

• Saipem - Instrumentation & Control system Inspector

  Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2013 - 2013 Client: SONATRACH
  Project: LNG Arzew - GNL3Z
  Location: Arzew, Oran, Algeria
  Project Scope: EPC contract (engineering, procurement and construction) for a natural gas
  liquefaction plant (LNG). It includes the construction of 09 Process Unit, Offshore Flare, Jetty and
  breakwater, Loading Arms, BOG Compressors, LNG, LPG and Butane Tanks, 16 Buildings and
  over 600 equipment's (Mega Train).
  Responsibilities:
  * Plan, organize, control and execute all works in accordance with Quality plans and
  documented procedures.
  * Record by means of the applicable ITP and relevant forms, all inspection examinations and
  test required with approved procedures and Engineering documents.
  * Know and ensure the control and calibration of equipment's and tools and measuring device
  for test inspections and measurements.
  * Visual and dimensional inspection for direct mounted transmitters, control valve, and primary
  flow elements.
  * Functional test and calibration for switches, E/P transducers and converters, pressure and
  temperature gauges, temperature and pressure transmitter, and miscellaneous transmitters.
  * Insulation and continuity checking for underground cables, main and secondary cables, heat
  tracing cables and grounding networks.
  * Performing the pressure testing and lines blowing of process piping, control valves pneumatic
  circuits.
  * Final installation inspection for different types of instrument and control valves.
  * Calibration and field installation inspection for safety relief valves and motorized valves.
  * Performing the loop checking for all type of electronic transmitters, switches, valves and
  temperature elements.
  * Site acceptance test and functional check for automation systems and consoles.
  * Recording systematically the non-conformity reports issued on site and checking that the
  settlement of non conformities is in accordance with the site requirements.
  * Review of all instrument accepted documents such as Instrument data sheet, Instrument and
  Piping diagram (P&ID), instrument loop diagrams and vendor drawings with latest revisions
  * Reviewing all quality control inspection report documents signed by QC inspector and client
  representatives.
  * Inform systematically to the QA/QC Manager on the progress of the field quality verification
  and inspection activities and assist in preparing the supporting quality documentation required
  to issue the mechanical completion certificate and loop release.
  * Responsible for punch list clearing to ensure that the installation of instruments are complete
  and accepted by the client.
  * Preparation of pre-commissioning activities for handover of packages and sub-system.

  Project: Telemetry project Hassi-Messaoud 750 wells
  Location: Hassi-Messaoud, Algeria
  * Installation of tubing and fitting ;
  * Installation of instrument (PT, PDT, TT, FT.......) ;
  * Installation of Intrusion detection system ;
  * Installation of RTU SMAR DFI302 and SCADA P6009 system,
  * Fixing the orientation of the tetra antenna and solar panels

• Saipem - Instrumentation & Control system Inspector

  Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2010 - 2012 Client: SONATRACH and ENI
  Project: Gas Treatment Unit MLE (Menzel Ledjmet East)
  Location: Hassi Messaoud, Algeria
  Project Scope: The MLE project includes mainly the construction of 24 oil/gas wells, 6 gas
  gathering Manifolds; a Central Processing Facility (CPF), including sales gas compression, LPG
  recovery, oil and condensate stabilization products storage and pumping system, associated utilities
  and 4 export pipelines for sales gas, LPG, condensate and oil.
  
  Responsibilities:
  * Deals with reviewing of all ITP's/QCP/Method Statement/ Material Approval prior for project
  plan preparation.
  * Able to analyzed every area to be survey and witness prior for RFI to be offered to the main
  client for inspection.
  * Assigned to witnessing repair and calibration of instrumentation.
  * Analogue and digital controllers Fire & Gas detection/protection systems,
  * Project Duties included review of loop folders for final acceptance by the QA/QC Dept.
  before transferring to Commissioning.
  * Subcontractor On-site audits. ;
  * Followed all safety practices and procedures and corrected unsafe work practices
