  Responsibility for ensuring that the income statement and balance sheet of the Oracle subsidiary under your control are reported in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Practice.
  Acting as a point-of-contact for Oracle's accounting functions (accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, treasury etc).
  Conducting balance sheet reviews and reviewing general ledger account reconciliations.
  Providing accounting/financial analysis to GCO management and other Oracle groups as necessary.
  Acting as primary contact for all compliance activities, including statutory audits and preparation of statutory financial statements.
  Executing due diligence on mergers and acquisitions from an accounting perspective. Participating in initiatives focusing on the development and maintenance of accounting procedures and processes (Acquisitions: BEA in 2008 for $ 8.5 Mds; SUN Microsystems in 2009 for $ 7.4 Mds)

• WHIRLPOOL Service Shared Centre - Area Accountant

  2006 - 2008 Responsible for the consolidation of the Factory in Amiens and the NSO in Colombes
  Lead and Coach a team of 6 persons
  Deliver timely, complete and accurate management reporting
  Consolidate financials results of the sales organization and factory for submission to Group Accounting
  Preparation and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and necessary follow up
  Prepare and manage the timeless, completeness and accuracy of VAT and Intrastat return
