Site construction
* Supervise the complete site build to the required standard of technical performance, according to customer site specification.
* All documentation to be completed thoroughly in neat handwriting and signed by all relevant parties.
* Monitor the progress of a site build and take corrective action when required in order to keep to the project schedule.
* Communication regularly and supply a weekly report to the Project Manager.
* Complete and sign a take over Certificate for subcontractors on completion of work.
* Acquire and maintain certificates, specifications and as-build drawings for C-Modules.
* Monitor and update records of equipment, material, tools, instruments and all other relevant assets.
* Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding procedures, standards and deviation from these.
* Perform responsibilities outside of normal working hours when necessary and travel to other destinations when necessary.
Achievements
* Build and complete 15 Telecommunication turnkey sites for MTN Network/HIS ;
* 5 tower audit ;
* Build and complete 20 Telecommunication Rooftop sites for MTN Network/HIS
* I worked on the CAMTEL/Huawei NBN project as a site Engineer on 7 outstation sites in the Northwest and West Region, of which I performed the following:
* Commissioning and Installation of :Huawei DBS3900,BBU 3910,RRU 3696, Krone of E1 colour cables, Huawei ADU451807v01 DXX 790-960/1710-2180-65/65 panel antennas, RRU fibre and RRU power cable, grounding of all equipment and cables every 30m and waterproofing. Alignment of antennas for both Space diversity and non space diversity cases.
* Build and complete 4 thermical central solar site of 100KW and 80KW for HUAWEI/Ministry of water and energy

Main Attributions:
* Assist the Chief of sub office, in managing the Zonal Office network (LAN, WLAN, WAN), troubleshouting ad-hoc hardware and software problems experienced and monitoring continuous network and communications connectivity.
* Ensure installation and maintenance of computer and communications equipment.
Arrange storage of equipment and consumable. Install projector in conference room or outside during office workshop.
* Assist in maintaining equipment inventory. Manage loan of equipment. Prepare weekly report in conference room or outside during office workshop.
* Assist in regularly maintaining software and system, such as upgrading and patching,
according to global roll-outs. Monitor virus activity in the network and ensure regular
update of virus signatures.
* Assist the Chief of sub office in developing the office training plan on computer software and application, based on computer software and application, based on organizational requirement and priorities, contribute to the preparation of user training manual and delivery of actual training.
* Assist in testing periodically the BCP equipment on recovery sites. Monitor good
functionality of voice telephony network (fixed and mobile telephone) and HF/VHF radio networks, configure telephone extension, VHF handset and ensure HF is operational on zonal vehicles.
* Perfom weekly radio check.
