I've been the IBM Client Executive of Health & Social Services Spanish Ministry for 13 years. As Client Executive of Labour & Social Security Spanish Ministry since year 2000 I initiated the IBM SmartCity and SmartPlanet initiatives in the Spanish Public Administration. I was IBM Client Executive Certificated, on 1997, in INSEAD MBA School. I've worked in a consultative way in my last 20 years in IBM in Public Sector. Always in contact with the “line of business” of customer organizations. Previously, until 1997, I worked as programmer and Project Leader, for 11 years in Finance Sector.
Experience in Case Management applied to Smartcity, Health, Social Services and Social Security in IBM Spanish Public Administration:
I'm a Social Services and Smartcity SME (subject matters expert), with more than 15 years working in “Smart Care industry” (Health and Social Services). I’m a CURAM Business Analyst V6 IBM Certificated. My customers was the both largest Spanish Social customers: Social Security Ministry and Health Ministry, for 13 years.
I worked in consultative selling way, Public RFPs and proposals since 2003. Usually, working with Case Studies, in analysis of business & process Requirements, on Gap Analysis and CBM (Component Business Management) techniques, in Change Management consulting and in general, all the typical Consulting procedures for a Integrated Solution implementation in a customer.
Experience in IBM SmartCity and SmartPlanet initiatives applied to IBM Spanish Cities and Regions:
- Different initiatives and experiences in SmartPlanet for CSIC/EBD and Lifewatch project, sensoring the natural ecosystem of Doñana Park and controlling the coastal and marine ecosystem with IBM IOC platform.
- Smart Cities initiatives applied to the Spanish Town Halls: Strategic Plans, Tourism, Cultural Heritage, Governance and Transparency Policies, Open Govt, Benchmarking and ISO Standards of Smartcity indicators, etc...
