    Paris 2015 - 2015 Preparation of a proposal for a proof of concept related to the intent of the financial institution of enhancing the customer’s experiences trough services patterns reflecting a more modern and innovative spirit, keeping pace with technology. The customer experiences models are reviewed both on site, at the branches and on the digital front end. The main challenges are to build up proximity to enhance customer’s involvement, and increase satisfaction in view of promoting more effectively added value services and recede counter teller services. Another important goal consists in reducing the paper work through the business processes. The solution considered consists essentially in performing a business process reengineering and improvement applying Lean principles and aiming at including comprehensive customer’s satisfaction measurements and digitalisation of the business processes.

    Paris 2015 - 2015 Preparation of a model for the management of the continuous improvement effort granted over all the main processes related to software delivery and maintenance within the context of the framework of services delivered to the customer. In order to measure effectiveness of the corrective actions taken, KPI’s are measures quarterly over several axes, according to the Kaplan principles and “Lean IT”, including customer satisfaction, people management, software development, project management, quality management and cost reduction.

    Paris 2014 - 2015 Preparation of the plans for a transformation programme in view of aligning and optimising the department’s organisation, processes and assets in compliance with corporate standards. The benefits are produced by clusters of projects with dependent outcomes combined in grouped deliveries targeting the architecture reference model, the software assets lifecycle, delivery processes, operational processes and knowledge management. The programme management applies Lean principles by gathering daily the team in a roadmap room to communicate during stand up meetings helped by visual charts . The programme delivers optimised processes, a unique rationalised and centralised information repository, enhancement of team’s knowledge and skills, improved platform monitoring plus the generalisation of the e-platform.

    PARIS 8 2012 - 2013 Preparation of a framework of services harmonizing the approaches gathered from the internal experts for the BPM discipline and the selection of BPMS solutions. The intent of BPM is focused on transforming the heterogeneous business processes in transversal activities crossing departmental and organization boundaries, reaching customers, suppliers and partners. Business processes are treated as assets that directly contribute to enterprise performance by gradually aligning and improving their maturity level according to the Business Process Maturity model (BPMM) and controlling business performance by Business activity monitoring (BAM). The framework is proposing a lifecycle in iterative steps progressing from assessment to design, implementation and control, including the detailed activities descriptions and the links to the related methodology, Lean-Six Sigma including both, value stream identification and removing of variability.
  • Computer Sciences Corporation - Senior Programme Manager

    2011 - 2012 IT Programme manager for the transversal Migration of the client stations BNPPBF from Windows XP to the new client version of Microsoft Windows 7. The programme scope includes the Belgian BNPPBF HQ, the branches and the ATM’s. The migration implies the upgrade to w7 of the applications belonging to the official software catalogue as well as the MS Office 2003 business critical files upgrade to MS Office 2010. The programme is dealt in 4 main streams including the w7 base image rollout, the applications and files upgrade the release management as well as the HD set up. The programme is supported by transversal activities including change management (communication, documentation, e-learning), test Coordination, program management office and business Relationship management (collect, integrate and analyse the data needed by the release stream).
  • People&Technology - Senior Programme Manager

    2008 - 2010 Programme Management of a transversal implementation of a financial package across all Belfius CF departments. The package is intended to manage the factoring core business activity in compliance with the pertinent financial norms (Bale, SEPA) and with a completely digitalized flow. The solution selected Is a highly customisable package based on a dynamic data base schema and rules engine, interfacing with payment networks and credit opinion institutions. The platform is composed 4 sub-systems including the Intranet for contracts and credit management, the Extranet presenting customer’s account statements, 4 System Interfaces (Internal accounting system (Sunsystem), Credit opinion/insurance (Atradius), Debtor information (Graydon), Payments (ISABEL)) and Batch programs performing background financial consolidations. .
