Me
I’m Lisa Stephenson and I help many people in France and around the world to reach their objectives learning English, according to their business and personal motivation. I love my job as I get to meet different types of people from all areas of life. My motivation? Is the confidence and personal satisfaction people gain from learning English with me.

Experience
Teaching has given me exposure to many industries for example manufacturing, telecommunications, transportation, automotive, financial services, healthcare, so as you can see I have experience in many different fields. I have taught English to everyone from administrators to the CEO, assessing individual’s business needs in order that the appropriate level and style of training can be delivered as required. In addition to improving business English, I have been involved in exam preparation for the TOEIC and Le brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS).

My working day
My 9 to 5 (which is sometimes 7.30am to 8pm) involves preparing lessons tailored to my client’s needs, assessing language levels using the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEF), creating tests to check students are continually progressing and researching new tools that will improve the learning experience. My lessons are carried out face-to-face, online and by telephone.
