    coordinating labour and technicians as required.
    - To provide monthly analysis of communication usage, including pre- and post- paid traffic, for each
    vessel/office and to identify areas of improvement in terms of operational and financial performance.
    - To establish principal contacts in each assigned client office and carry out regular visits.

    2010 - 2013 - to handle fleet contracts with various communication providers including Air-time, Accounting Authority registration, Shore Based Maintenance, Pole Star SSAS and LRIT registration, vessel Flag radio licence application;
    - to contact person for Newslink (electronic news to Crew);
    - to monitor all providers’ policy & tariff changes; Providing and arranging communication related
    services onboard (pc supply, network arrangements, Citadel Iridium equipments supply).
