Part of a Back Office Transmission Team to support ATM 3G and 2G National network, based on SOEM R13B and MLTN R4.4 to meet the SLA agreements:
* Provide 1st level & 2nd level maintenance and troubleshooting for ATM Mobile Backhaul Transmission Network.
* Routine Alarm clearance, fault finding, site failures for network based on MLTN ( AMM20P-AMM6P-AMM2P-CN210 and SPO-1460 .
* Treat all Trouble Tickets (TTs) Escalated from Front Office Supervision, Back office RAN and NPOC teams for investigating and solving Transmission issues.
* Provide deep alarm and performance investigations and analysis for Transport Network.
* Reporting, Escalating network issues within different functional teams field support, WRAN, NPOC, MPBN, ASPs and to higher management if required.
* Prepare incident dig reports, root cause analysis for Major Network incidents /failures.
* Execution of preventive maintenance activities and routine checks including:
* Events, performance and alarms analysis for maintaining good network KPIs and anticipating network incidents.
* SW baseline and licenses routine checks on the Network Nodes
* Routine checks on Nodes SW configuration to correct any mis-configuration on Ethernet, DCN, QOS, frequencies settings in accordance with planning documents.
* Prepare Incident/ disaster restoration plans
* Daily monitoring of the Transmission network performance indicators (KPIs, Link availability, networks downtime).
* Providing On-Job Training for customer Front Office and Back Office teams.

Part of a network Rollout team in charge of modernization of the ATM old PDH Transmission network with a hybrid PDH/Ethernet network to support both 2G and newly implemented 3G(WCDMA) national network

* Transmission Network based on NEC Pasolink Neo Links for linking the BTS sites to the Control room center.

* New Siemens PABX installations commissioning for Algiers SNTF headquarter and 3 other sites.
