In a rapidly growing animal pharmaceutical production site, I worked on managing the project of building a software app for formulation calculation of the custom vaccines made on site, as well as implement it and train the users.
It meant (non exhaustive):
- Listing and reviewing all the data and processes revolving around Custom Vaccine calculations.
- Work with a developper to build a functional app, as well as linking it to the current system.
- Define future processes to be used for the new tool, who would be matching the current and future production needs.
- Coordinate, manage the planning and track progression of all the tasks.
- Communicate internally on different levels about this new solution.
I also assisted on other smaller analysis and tasks like:
- Modifying and improving the current tools used for Order and Production management.
- Rationalizing the type of bottles used for allergenic treatment production with regards to waste as well as ergonomics.

As a Finished Product supply planner I had to:
- Monitor the inventory situation of all the countries for every product.
- Monitor production and quality releases to control inventory on site.
- Manage countries supply requests and demands.
- Ensure there is clear communications between different parties (Production, Distribution, Export, Quality, R&D, management and customers) on supply chain issues.
- Decide on allocations of inventory based on knowledge and business strategy.
- Be able to identify the chains of events leading to a supply situation.
- Challenge countries regarding supply requests when justified.
- Enter and manage non standard orders.
- Launch work orders to get orders ready.
- Build and update reports on supply situations using multiple data sources (Excel, JDE, QuickBase, nSkep/Dynasis, MicroStrategy).

- Decide directly the allocations for products that had an demand too big compared to the offer.
- Monitor production and quality releases to predict choke points in the supply.
- Interact with countries and zone representative as a support role any issue.

- étude de dimensionnement d'un nouveau palettier,
- étude de l'impact des travaux sur l'activité avec solutions pour le reduire,
- étude des process actuels et écriture des process futurs en vue d'un changement de WMS,
- étude d'une implantation de technologie RFID,
- interface entre le site et les besoins en informations des fournisseurs/consultants.
Également, 5 semaines aux Pays-Bas pour une étude de réaménagement d'une zone de copacking.

Concevoir et modéliser les liaisons composants/masses sur chaque panneau (plus de 500 pièces) pour indiquer la mise en place en production des assemblages modélisés.
Revoir la charge utile sur l’ébauche CAO d’un satellite pour intégrer les récentes spécifications du client afin d’obtenir un support numérique transmis à l’entreprise pour négociation avec le client.
