This world is becoming ever closer through the advent of big data and more importantly the application of the insights derived from big data that manifest themselves as tested, optimised, targeted and relevant personalised digital experiences that span across all channels.
My strong side is curiosity and admitting the fact that I don't know everything. That's what digital marketing is all about: never-ending learning and resistance to failure. And that's why I will never cease to find something exciting to learn in the digital space.
I believe A/B or multivariate testing, qualitative and quantitative insights are essential components to understand your audience, personalisation and business success. Every morning I am enthusiastic about reviewing the data that either validates my thoughts or on the opposite end proves that my thoughts or assumptions are not aiming in the right direction yet.
