- Participate in organization and execution of data management for multicountry research projects (clinical research trials, surveys) undertaken by the department of Reproductive Health and Research, WHO (~12 published multi-year studies in 4 years)
- Design and set-up of data collection forms in paper and electronic formats (OpenClinica, DMS3)
- Set-up of the local and web-based data management systems used for data collection and management office
- Management of the data collection process, flow of data from collaborating centers to the data management office
- Review of incoming data on paper and in electronic form
- Data quality control and review, data validation; monitoring and resolving data quality issues
- Communication with collaborating partners, the statistician and analysts regarding data collection and data quality
- Giving data management support to collaborators (tutorials, trainings, demonstrations, on-call support, SOPs,
etc)
- Development of data management training materials and tutorials; execution of on-site trainings on Data Management SOPs at collaborating centers
