2012 - maintenantI am in charge of the global quality for the parts in serial life on three WorkShops.( extrusion WS of plastic tubes, injection WS of plastic components and bending and asseMbling WS)
I managed in direct one quality engineer, three quality technicians, two quality inspectors, two metrologics technicians and one safety & environment technician.
We are the interface with internal & external customers in case of quality complaint or during visit and audit.
We follow our suppliers in order to improve their quality level and to avoid passthrough.
I am also in charge of our quality system according ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 Standards and ISO 14001 for environment and OHSAS 18001 for health & safety. I put in place also a new certification ISO 50 001.Our system is complety integrated.
Of course I am member of plant executive commitee.
