ASTORIA
Lydia is a partner and director of Alliant Partners Realty LLC. She has over 25 years of experience in site selection, development, leasing and management of retail properties. In her career she has worked for many well known developers and property management companies in the industry such as Developer’s Diversified, The Sembler Company and Branch Realty, where she was the Florida VP of Leasing. Lydia was recently a partner of Treasure Properties, Inc. for over ten years and worked with various retail chains such as Walgreens, Eckerd/CVS, The Home Depot, New York Sports Club, Key Bank, Astoria Federal and Provident Bank with their site selection and location needs and participated in developing projects for these retailers in several states including New York, Alabama and Florida.
Lydia is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, Founder of (WIRRED) Women in Retail Real Estate and Development and Member of (ICSC) International Council of Shopping Centers.
