    In charge of a team of 1 person: Marketing Coordinator/ designer.
    •Daily communication between the mother brand in Japan, Alshaya Corporate Office in Kuwait and the brand team in Dubai to deliver the marketing services required and adapted to the markets needs and trends.
    •Implementation of a weekly marketing meeting
    •Liaise with internal team and suppliers to deliver Marketing services in a timely and efficient manner to ease the operations in the stores.
    •Build strong relationships with agencies in Kuwait and Dubai to ensure adherence to agreed procedures, cost agreements and service levels.
    •Writing of the PR for Dubai and Kuwait in English. Working closely with PR agency for big events like store opening.
    •Creation of a store theme and implementation of VM guidelines which were on line with a 360 degrees communication campaign - October 2013.
    •Guide the supporting team to deliver Marketing services, deliver feedback on budgets according to the Business Plan and make recommendations.
    •Budgeting and planning of new openings for the year 2014
    •Case study presented with CVP of Communication in Kuwait for creation of Muji Facebook page and Instagram- still ongoing.
    •Implementation of a Control quality guide with the store Managers
    •Monthly travel to Kuwait to meet with suppliers, review the quality of POS and see the store needs.

    2012 - 2013 • In charge of a team of 3 persons: Marketing Executive, E- Commerce Executive and Marketing Coordinator.
    • Forecasting and planning the 2013 sales and marketing budget- brand positioning, outlets strategies, monthly budget
    • Organizing and conducting the trainings for the Marketing team and interns
    • Creation and implementation of the Media plan as per budget. Direct negotiation with medias and through Media buying agency
    • Organizing and conducting the weekly Marketing meeting.
    • Regular launch of strategic promotions/marketing activities to support and increase the revenue of the below departments: Food & Beverages department, Bodylines health and fitness center and the sales team.

    Assistant Director Marketing and Communications- Department head/ reporting to the General
    Manager and to the Vice President of Marketing.
    Team chart: 1 Marketing Coordinator and 1 trainee

    * Forecasting and planning the 2012 sales and marketing budget with brand positioning and outlets
    strategies.
    * Creation and implementation of the Media plan. Direct negotiation with medias and through Media
    buying agency (UM7).
    * Monitoring and following the budget for 2011. ;
    * Organization and leads of the weekly Marketing meeting.
    * Regular launch of promotions/marketing activities with tracking system to support the F&B
    department, Bodylines health and fitness center and the sales team.

    manager.
    * Coordinate the property's photo-shooting with a professional photographer: Model choice, venues for
    the shooting.
    * Participation to a competition in which our hotel has been rewarded as Best Hotel in Dubai Highly
    commended, ex: International best Hotel 2011.

    and 6 outlets -hotel opening.
    Marketing and Communications Executive - reporting to General Manager of the hotel

    * Participation at the Revenue and Pricing Strategies. ;
    * Marketing plan and budget 2010 and 2011 - Forecasting, Planning & Monitoring. ;
    * Launch of promotion/marketing activities. ;
    * Creation of new tools for each promotion on line with the targeted audience: flyers, posters, printed
    and online newsletters, 4X3 road boards, hotel website updates, radio campaigns, HTML campaigns,
    SMS campaigns, social networks.
    * Work with 3 advertising agencies for creation of packages and promotions (honeymooner, wedding,
    romantic dinner by the beach, villa weekdays, theme nights, Fitness center, etc).
    * Creation of the hotels brochures/menus: rack brochure, villas brochure, Bodylines brochure, 2
    restaurants menus, Room service menu, Guest Service Directory.
    * Building the advertising plan, choice of the magazines, negotiation of the rates, and negotiation of
