After studying at several of the finest design schools in France, I successfully completed an MBA in Luxury Brand Marketing in the top 3rd of my class. During my MBA program, I developed several new product lines for luxury brands. This included benchmarking, creation of products for each targeted market, creating a marketing strategy, and launching each line all while creating numerous group Powerpoint presentations, written summaries, and a dissertation that involved a major market study of the purchase process of luxury clientele on the Internet.
Following my MBA, I have had the opportunity to develop a strong sales skill-set, rooted in a comprehensive and personal customer service approach.
Throughout my career, I have trained as a Project Manager and have been responsible for organizing and tracking client files as well as for preparing proposals, presentations, reports; and summaries for each of my supervisors. I am now a Store Manager where I train a team of five, manage two Brands and work to make us a successful corner inside of Bloomingdale's. I learned to be a skilled multitasker yet to work meticulously and effectively to create a luxury experience for our clientele.
I bring graphic and architectural design experiences where I was required to gain proficiency in several computer programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Autocad (Technical drawing), as well as Wordpress and other social media platforms. I am therefore a strong asset in everything involving visual merchandising.
I am also fluent in French, English, and Spanish (spoken and written) within international settings.
