I am currently a last year engineering student specialized in Food and biological industry among the Private University of Tunis (ULT).
In order to complete my academic course, I am highly looking for a final year project in which I can apply my skills, in whether bringing a solution or innovating, among a good team spirit.

    2018 - 2018 Internship within the Milk and cheese production department
    - Oversees the process of transformation of milk, from receipt to
    final product (pasteurized milk, yoghurt and cheese)

    - Elaborates the transformation of Cheddar Cheese
    - Theoretical session concerning the cheese transformation up to ripening
  • Bureau Veritas - Internship

    Puteaux 2017 - 2017 The intership within the Microbiological Quality Control Department during the month of August has led me to encounter theses tasks :

    - Analysis of food and water based on 8 bacterial strains (from the admission to the results’ reading)
    - Performs several tests of validation on bacterial strains
    - Contribute to the documents’ management
  • SIPHAT - Internship

    2015 - 2015 Within the context of a Final year Project for Bachelor, i was assigned into the Final and semi-final quality control product department in which I concluded my project named : analysis of pharmaceutical wastewater and ultratraces of Spiramycin.
    By then , I was also led to be part of everyday's tasks :

    - Performs an optimization and a Validation of an analytical method of Spiramycin found in waste water
    - Performs various quality analysis on semi-final and final product: Mass uniformity, spectroscopy, LCHP, GPC, TLC, and SPE.
    - Supervises the whole process of a water-treatment plant
