Mallé is an international development consultant and expert in organizational strategy and economic and social development. As Partner and Director of R.M.D.A. Senegal, he is responsible for the strategy and operational aspects the business, including project implementation and business expansion in Africa. Throughout his career, Mallé has advised international companies, multilateral organizations, and national governments in the areas of program evaluation, organizational reviews, and capacity building. He has participated in projects across various sectors, including public health, agriculture and agro-industry, microfinance, infrastructure development, energy and the environment, and ICT.
Malle is also leading the R.M.D.A. SME Incubation Initiative, with a portfolio that includes a delivery service company, PanXpress, and an agriculture start-up that is currently in its Design Phase. The aim of this SME Initiative is to help stimulate the local economy and develop local talent by leveraging the resources that are available locally and creating opportunities for long-term, sustainable livelihoods.
Prior to R.M.D.A., Mallé was a Management Consultant with several international development advisory firms. His work focused on development issues in Africa, defining, leading, and implementing a range of economic and social development initiatives, as well as business development efforts throughout the region. Mallé has conducted missions across America, Africa, and Europe.
Mallé holds a Bachelor in Management, a MBA in International Management, and a Master of Marketing Management from the International School of Management in Dakar, Senegal. Mallé also has certifications in International Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, USA, and Economic Analysis of Investments from the World Bank Institute.
