Mamoune TALL

Mamoune is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) with an MSc in Production and Lean Management. He has extensive experience in manufacturing, specializing in project management, continuous improvement, and industrial engineering. Throughout his career, he has successfully led transformation initiatives and operational improvements.

Passionate about business intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation, Mamoune leverages BI tools to drive data-driven decision-making. He is also highly interested in blockchain, business, and emerging technologies, exploring their potential applications in project management and supply chain optimization.

Mamoune is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Volunteer for PMIstandards+, contributing high-quality content to help project managers apply PMI standards in real-world scenarios. He is also a member of PMI France & Switzerland, further strengthening his engagement with the global project management community.
