  As project lead, I am responsible for the stream Design & Build with the main following objectives

  - Deliver a build serving the Issued Guarantees-business
  - Deliver a build on which other Trade Finance products can be plugged
  - Deliver a build which has a front-to-back scope.
  - Define “stand-alone & simulation” testing strategy

• Bnp Paribas - Program Manager for the CDL ITO Term Deposit program

  Paris 2015 - 2017 Taking over the Term Deposit program as overall Program Manager.
  
  The program objectives are
  - to deliver new Term Deposit products for the CDL (Corporate Deposit Line) business line of BNP Paribas.
  - deploy the Front to Back Term Deposit architecture worldwide
  - continue the rollout of CORTEX Deposit within the BNP Paribas entities
  - push the eBanking deposit offer for BNPP clients via Centric or via a multi-dealer platform (360T)
  
  My responsibilies are:
  - close follow-up of the program budget
  - design and active follow-up the roadmap (deliveries and rollout)
  - central coordination of the different teams working on the program (on-shore and off-shore)
  - coordinates the Term Deposit initiatives internally and externally

• Bnp Paribas - Senior Project Leader & Product Manager

  Paris 2015 - 2015 Continuation of the CORTEX Deposit project as Project leader of the application.
  
  Actively contributing to add new deposit products, link the application to multi-dealer platforms (such as 360T), extend the penetration of CORTEX Deposit within BNP Paribas and to their external eBanking clients.
  
  The application is deployed and used in APAC, MEA, Europe and US.

• Bnp Paribas - Senior e-Commerce Project Leader & Product Manager

  Paris 2013 - 2015 I am Project Leader of the CORTEX Deposit team who contributes to the realization of the strategy announced by BNPP to gather more Deposits with the Corporate Deposit Line (CDL) business line.

  The CORTEX Deposit team works with 3 sub-teams:
  (1) Business analysis
  (2) Development
  (3) Testing (Onshore & Offshore)
  
  Each of them contributes to deliver iterations where new functionalities are added to the application and reinforce the value for internal users and external eBanking clients.

• BNP Paribas Fortis - ECommerce product manager for the e-Commerce SSC

  PARIS 2009 - 2013 I was Project Leader for the CORTEX Deposit team who contributes to the realization of the strategy announced by BNPP to gather more Deposits.
  
  I also helped the other big BNPP initiative related to their business in Asia by participating to the development of a new strategic portal called Centric: https://centric.bnpparibas.com/public/marketing/
  
  I successfully delivered or participated to the following projects:
  
  * eMM Worldwide project alias CORTEX Deposit (Money Markets - BNPP perimeter). Rollout on-going
  Similar to the eMM project but to be distributed to BNP Paribas Group [Role: IT Project Leader / co-PM]
  
  * eMM project (Money Markets - Fortis perimeter) which is an inhouse trading application for Deposits online trading [Replacement of Reuters RET-AD] [Project achieved and in operation]. I was acting as Project Leader.
  
  * eFX project (Fortis - Fortis perimeter) which is an inhouse trading application linked to BNPP tools for Forex (Spot, Forward, Swap) online trading [Replacement of Reuters RET-AD] [Project achieved and in operation]. I participated to the project and was in charge during a limited period of time.
  
  * eSloan project (Straight loan - Fortis perimeter) [Delivered in PROD] I am acting as backup due to other missions.

• Fortis Bank SA/NV - ECommerce Product Manager

  2006 - 2009 - Manages the development of online services on Fortis Merchant Banking - Client Portal and Electronic Communication Networks (Bloomberg, TradeWeb, BondVision, Reuters,…)
  - In constant interaction and cooperation with IT, dealing room specialists, traders and senior executives.
  
  
  ForPro Client Portal
  - FX Options e-trading:
  - Handover between 2 product managers in charge
  - Helps to develop vanilla forex options, cylinder, simple barrier, range accrual and dual currency deposit
  - Functional testing and prices validation
  - Equity Structured products e-trading:
  - Helps to develop Equity structured option, capital protected structure, reverse exchangeable, reverse knock-in and equity discount structure
  - Functional testing and prices validation
  - Marked-to-market and Post Trade functionalities: general product management
  - FX/MM Trader:
  - Support of the RET AD system
  - Maintenance and multiple enhancements of the Client Portal.
  - Consistently improves portal performance (reduce latencies, analyses logs) in liaison with developers teams.
  
  Bloomberg e-trading (Govies, Credit bonds, IRS, Structured Products) - product/business development
  - Credit Floating Rate Notes e-trading:
  - In charge of the launch (from the initial specifications to the commercialization) [FRTF ].
  - First 5 months: 2,030 deals for a volume of 629,900,000 € traded with 240 different clients.
  - Euro IRS market making:
  - In charge of the launch (from the initial specifications to the commercialization) [FIRS ].
  - One-click sign up: implements procedure to facilitate trading enablement on Bloomberg.
  - Fortis pages/site: review and harmonization
  - Private Investors Products Market making: manages deployment of new pages/site
  
  TradeWeb e-trading (Govies, Credit bonds) - product/business development (since Sep 08)
  - Dealer commentary on TradeWeb Euro Credits: full implementation. First dealer on the platform.
  - Manages new enhancements & functionalities
  
  Bookbuilder (iPreo)
  - Maintenance and new functionalities
  - Direct support of syndication desk
  
  MarketView (ION Trading) – D2C trading
  - Issues reporting
  - Planning to coordinate the teams involved in the upgrades, new functionalities deployment
  - Functional testing for MMI.NET, gateways, new ECN functionalities
  
  TriReduce (Trioptima)
  - Initiator of the contract between Fortis Bank and Trioptima
  - Active follow-up during the cycles
  - Support in liaison with the Front Office and the Back Office
  - After 3 cycles, Fortis Bank unwinded 5529 USD & EUR IRS deals which represents EUR 426 bln
  
  Business intelligence: Build a reporting through Business Objects (on going since Sep 2008).
  
  Manages the e-Commerce JIRA, Sharepoint and Confluence (Wiki) applications.
