Design and construction of physics detectors using CAD and FEA (Static, thermal, Eigen modes) tools. Testing and commissioning physics and technological prototypes on testbeams (DESY, CERN and FNAL). Evaluate and demonstrate manufacturing feasibility. Conduct design, qualification and validation.
• 2/2002-Present: ECAL Si/W - Mechanical Responsible of the design and the development of an Electromagnetic Calorimeter concept, in the CALICE collaboration, prototypes & final barrel ECAL modules
• 1/2007-2011: ILD detector concept - Global studies for a future detector for ILC. Integration of each sub-detectors (including FEA studies), assembling process taking into account mechanical, electronics and cooling issues.
• 1/2001-1/2002: Scintillating fibre Hodoscope - Design and construction of compact and fast beam particle tracking using for the calibration of ECAL modules of CMS (CERN/H4)
