Field Service engineer Manager (FSE Manager)
Position will report to the Technical Support Director.
Main purpose of the job
Manager : planned installation , uninstallation, preventive and corrective maintenance and upgrade for equipment and products of Immucor in accordance with all guidelines set forth in the Company.
Also provides support for other FSE experienced or not in relation to the Global support engineer (GSE).
Planning of service requirement for FSE training, requests from other service (Customer service, marketing and Sales), Mission for EMEA team (Ex : Gabon, Uganda ...)
Key responsibilities
Maintain diagnostic instruments sold or made available in private laboratories , hospital and donor center for France and BeNeLux
Perform these operations within the limits of rules and protocols established by Immucor and apply technical and administrative procedures .
Respond to customers when a problem cannot be resolved by FSE or senior FSE.
Analyze the problem and solve it, make a report to GSE and Quality review
Ensure and control compliance with the instructions ( package insert, manuals) for the team.
Depending on the situation , may be required to create, adapt and implement the necessary solutions to solve an unusual problem respecting the safety rules and informing his superiors.
Change in time all instruments upgrade and modification according to the instructions of technical bulletins and technical advice notes.
Definition and monitoring of individual targets and objectives based on service and company objectives.

Fiel Service engineer (FSE)
Position will report to the Director France Benelux - Technical Support .
Main purpose of the job
FSE support Level 3 : provides installation , uninstallation, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and products of Immucor in accordance with all guidelines set forth in the Company.
It also provides support for other less experienced FSE in relation to the Global support engineer (GSE).
Key responsibilities
Maintain diagnostic instruments sold or made available in private laboratories , hospital and donor center on a given geographical area.
Perform these operations within the limits of rules and protocols established by Immucor and apply technical and administrative procedures .
Respond to customers when a problem can not be resolved by telephone or other FSE
Analyze the problem and solve it, make a report to level 3 and GSE team
Ensure compliance with the instructions ( package insert, manuals).
Depending on the situation , may be required to create, adapt and implement the necessary solutions to solve an unusual problem respecting the safety rules and informing his superiors.
Change in time , the instruments according to the instructions . technical bulletins and technical advice notes
