functional N-2 & N-3 from multicultural and dispersed teams for 10000 worldwide end-users.
I have international management experiences in France, Germany, Denmark and Switzerland with bi
companies on projects and global support. I can manage meeting and presentation in 4 languages.
I was SAP Program/Project Manager during 13 years during 3 big global IT transformations.
I have experience with IT Transition, Strategy set up, Enterprise Architecture, ITIL implementation &
best practices. I have operational & architecture vision and strength in cross-functional domains.

    Levallois-Perret Cedex 2011 - maintenant In charge of a Delivery Center, covering services, strategy, projects and support for 50 Global Applications including SAP and Oracle products, CRM, SRM, Project tools, Document Management Systems, Shopfloor, BPM, MDM, EAI and other Business Applications. Team size of 12 direct reports and 80 N-2 & N-3 from internal and external resources based in Baden, Poland, Romania, India, Malaysia, Brazil and USA.
