architecture. Reporting to Alstom IT Power CIO. I’m managing 17 M€ budget on strategy, services,
support and projects. My team is constituted of 12 direct reports and around 80 technical and
functional N-2 & N-3 from multicultural and dispersed teams for 10000 worldwide end-users.
I have international management experiences in France, Germany, Denmark and Switzerland with bi
companies on projects and global support. I can manage meeting and presentation in 4 languages.
I was SAP Program/Project Manager during 13 years during 3 big global IT transformations.
I have experience with IT Transition, Strategy set up, Enterprise Architecture, ITIL implementation &
best practices. I have operational & architecture vision and strength in cross-functional domains.
I’m customer oriented and able to align IT plans with business objectives through effective
collaboration with executive management and stakeholders.

    Levallois-Perret Cedex 2011 - maintenant In charge of a Delivery Center, covering services, strategy, projects and support for 50 Global Applications including SAP and Oracle products, CRM, SRM, Project tools, Document Management Systems, Shopfloor, BPM, MDM, EAI and other Business Applications. Team size of 12 direct reports and 80 N-2 & N-3 from internal and external resources based in Baden, Poland, Romania, India, Malaysia, Brazil and USA. Review and validation of the Business Service Contracts. Set up and follow up of actions in order to reach targeted KPI like end-user satisfaction, the reduction of major incident number and respect of go-live date. Managing 17M€ budget on Run & Projects aligned with Business strategy and needs and in a cost efficient way. Member of the main Business/IS&T functional boards.
    Head of IT Architecture and Integration for Alstom Power.Member of Alstom Enterprise Architecture Board. Support the rationalization of the application portfolio. Lead the ERP decommissioning initiative for Alstom.

    SAP Global program initiated by Alstom Power to harmonize and standardize core Business processes and tools. 45 rollouts are planned.
    European SAP Deployment Manager (Mar 2009 – April 2011) Successful rollouts in Hungary, Norway, France and Poland. Development of the teams in line with the region’s mission and agreed roadmap. Facilitate exchange and communication between sites, central team and stakeholders.
    Head of SAP Data Migration (April 2008 – April 2011)
