Main Achievements: pioneer in offering specialized logistics. In a highly competitive local environment, the choice to focus
on specialized logistics has allowed the company to enjoy an average margin ratio of 30%, (substantially higher than the
industry average of 5-10%). Managed to gain very important clients and projects such as France Telecom Cable ship
project, Oil & Gas large accounts, Foreign Navy. Built an extensive network of clients from different industries, including
embassies, government bodies, IT, as well as exhibitors in areas of F&B. Important agencies network over 30 years. Created

o segmental market penetration strategy: penetrated all segments including Oil & Gas, Exhibition Logistics
for a leading French IT company.
o geographical Market penetration to complex emerging countries such as China, Indonesia; and developed
new services in Australia and the Middle-East.
o designed, implemented, monitored and continuously improved sales strategy including an all inclusive
service package to clients from point A to point B, involving multi-parties liaisons, complex formalities, all
