    * Led organizational restructuring of spare parts inventory with all operation departments by collaborating to develop a Maintenance strategy and efficient shutdown planning. Resulting in a 6% inventory reduction and a consumption improvement from 65% to 84%.

    of Safety Performance Tools and implement training monitoring & measure efficiency.
