I've been working in the field of telecommunications for over a decade, especially in Customer Service. I’m a knowledge management expert with more than nine years of professional experience in the area.

Since 2008 I’m leading a team, responsible for the informational knowledge base of the entire company, as well as for the informational base for external partners and dealers. The Knowledge Management systems provide information about all services offered by the company, procedures, working instructions, prices and conditions for purchasing services and mobile devices. I have wide experience in building the logic of the information management process and specifying the needs of new information as well as the methods for ensuring it.

Another aspect of our work is to design, plan, develop and maintain custom internal applications, using programming languages such as: PHP, AJAX, and JavaScript.

I’m experienced in:
- Working with different types of content management systems - Microsoft SharePoint 2010, open source CMS (joomla), custom Java based applications.
- Preparing training materials and leading internal trainings for new employees, presenting the Knowledge management system functionalities and capabilities.
- Participating in many negotiations with external vendors, preparation of RFPs, maintenance contracts, annex agreements, WO for professional services etc.

Education: fluent use of English and French languages, master degree in International trade with French.
