- Management of the pitch: coordination of the in-house team & follow up of deliverables.
- Upstream research & thinking process about strategy: analyze the specific industry of this advertiser & understand its market issues and opportunities, identify competitors and their added value, apprehend the targeted audience & market trends.
- Lead the project as a pair with one of the directors from the agency : create a strategic platform, a bespoke media plan, relevant activations, build a media recommendation to achieve objectives defined by the advertiser.
