Business project ownership assistance (AMOA) for the implementation of a worldwide enterprise social network – Steering of 6 functional projects (IBM Connections):
- Users’ need analysis, preparation and animation of functional working groups with the different pilots on the project, elaboration of Functional Requirements and piloting the functional testing
- Coordination with the technical team for the functionalities’ technical feasibility and the overall releases planning
- Piloting the communication and change plans related to the different functional projects, customer relationship
- Elaboration of functional processes for the overall project
Mission for Thales – 10 months:
Project manager for the project aiming at auditing Thales France applications compatibility for the deployment on Windows 7 (~30 000 workstations):
- Coordination of the operations for 6 entities (several hundred of applications managed)
- Definition and implementation of the applications test, remediation and rationalization strategy
Missions for Crédit Agricole S.A. – 6 months:
Animation of two working groups (~ 10 persons each), one about creating a document sharing tool for the Group (Sharepoint):
- Studies realization to prepare working group session and animation
- Elaboration of the tool user guide
- Presentation and communication around the tool for all the Crédit Agricole entities

- Technical feasibility study of new functionalities
