    Animation of two working groups (~ 10 persons each), one about creating a document sharing tool for the Group (Sharepoint):
    - Studies realization to prepare working group session and animation

    - Presentation and communication around the tool for all the Crédit Agricole entities

    Technical business analyst for an iPhone app and a mobile website:
    - Technical feasibility study of new functionalities
    - Elaboration of General Technical Specifications, realization of the qualification and monitoring of the applications in production
    - Project actors’ coordination
