    * Designed, deployed and managed the travel and living audit procedures and financial internal controls align with the GE Travel and Living and purchasing card global policies and local countries tax and legal requirements across 110 countries.
    * Designed, implemented and led the 8 Centers of Excellence (Internal and external (BP0-Genpact) to GE) across 5 continents-80 staff .Managed the customer services support, financial internal and audit controls for the 170 K EE's , 1,5 M + expenses reports per year.
    * Managed internal financial controls, accounting, financial reporting (US GAAP and statutory accounting) with 8 Centers of Excellence for $1,5 bn Travel & Living spend globally. All Financials KPI's satisfactory: i.e. all accounts recon cilied, all statutory reporting filed on time with no defect, no compliance issue reported on by corporate internal auditors over 12 years.
    * Managed various process improvement projects with the Six Sigma methodology focusing on productivity with the Center of Excellence keeping the travel & living expense report costs below $5 by expense report.

    * Realigned duties and responsibilities of accounting department personnel increasing productivity and eliminating overtime saving $100K per year.
    * Implemented successfully and on time Oracle 11i (G/L A/P A/R Cash Management .fixed assets), standardizing GE Capital Fleet Services Global Chart of Account and simplification of financial processes for 5 legal entities in 8 months.
    * Designed and managed projects significantly improving business and financial processes and productivity for the accounting department.
    * Reduced monthly closing process from 7 to 3 days in 2quaters.
    * Kept the Balance Sheet reconciliation process (500) stable with all accounts reconciled during 5 years.
    * Outsourced the reconciliation process (200 accounts) to a BPO (Genpact) in 2 quarters in Asia (India) including the successful post transition.
    * Led various tax audits with the French tax government across the 5 entities with no issues identified.
